Yesterday was the day from hell. First off when I woke up and got down stairs I found a baby bird in the bottom of my finch cage. It was still alive so I put it back in the nest. And went to work. Hopping that it would be fine.

At work my manager is out of town. And EVERY thing that she had told us not to do and was against out policies where thrown out the window by people higher up in the food chin that my manager. AND we got truly beaten up by the sales force (the manager included). It was nothing but fighting on our end. I did end up in tears from the stress.

After work I did some shopping but didn’t have the energy or the will to get all of my shopping done. As I was driving home I say Jamie’s truck in the parking lot of the Vets Lakota was going to have her shoulder scoped to see what was wrong. So I pulled in to hear what the vet had to say.

We found out that Lakota has bone cancer in the shoulder of her front right leg. It is the type that is fast growing and has probably already spared to other parts of her. The only thing that could be done is to amputate the leg and have her go through radiation and then at most we may get another year to be with her. We have decided not to go through with the amputation or the radiation. Not that she is not worth it but we don’t think that she would be happy that way. And right now it is all about her happiness. Jamie looked it up on line and it looks like we will have her for 2-6 month yet.

Jamie and I just came home and cried I have never seen Jamie cry before but that was all we did. Then when I went down stairs the baby bird was dead on the floor of the cage.

Yesterday was not a good day

Well this week has been very event full. It all staterd on Tuesday night. At around 10:00pm just as we got to bed the phone rings. It is Basil the owner of the work out center, he is offering us the opertunity to buy the bussness for $50,000.00. That is the bulding, equipmnet, and customer base. Jamie told him that we would get back to him on Thursday. Wed I go my hair colored more about that later. And then Jamie and I talked about it and decieded that we would not be able to do that and we would tell him no. On Thursday Jamie gose to Tae Kwo Do and talkes to Casey and tells him about the offer Casey would be intrested in becoming a partner and thinks that his borthers would be intrested in becoming partners in it. But Casey is listing it for sale as a realiter so he has to talk to his boss and the reality board to see if he can becoume a partner right away. SO we tell Basil that we are intresed on Thursday and Jamie and I see Basil on Saterday. Jamie talkes a look at the balance sheet and we look at the property and Basil tells us what problems he know about. Jamie said that we could do this. SO I think that we are going to go ahead with or with out Casey.

Not about my hair. I was telling everyone at work that I was going to do green, orange, and purple. I went there and she did have purple and orange but I think that those would just darken my hair. So I did a carmel blond and then every 3 or 4 time a realy blond. That really lightend it up and I like it. Maybe this fall I will do the purple and orange. We will see.

Today is a much better day than yesterday. It is cold and overcast so I know that I should not be in such a good mood. My friend Amy called me and we talked for about an hour and a half. She always makes me smile and laugh I wish that I worked with her again she always made work so much more fun. I told her that I was going to wash some of Rugers fleece today. Well now I have washed all of my fleeces from the boys both the ones that where given to me when I bought them and the ones that I sheared off of them. So a total of six fleeces.

I found that if I put up my drying rack right in front of the corn burner that the fleeces dry a lot faster. I might have they all dried today that way.

I will even get all of the laundry done. What a day

Today I just was not happy. I am having a hard time getting motivated. Jamie and I went and worked out. I cleaned the kitchen while Jamie made breakfast. We went for a walk around the property. Lakota was not able to come with us. Then I was going to feed the boys and clean there pen. I got the food to them but I just didn’t have the energy to clean the pen. I came inside and made some tea, did some spinning and cleaned the living room some what. And I still don’t feel happy or have any energy. Just not a good day today.

Lakota has been limping more so Jamie set it up so that next Friday she will be getting her shoulder scoped at the vet. I really hope that will help I miss our happy bouncy dog. I also miss going for walks with her.
